At Soft Ethos, we create custom products made-to-order just for you. Here's everything you need to know about shipping:
PROCESSING TIME
- Production: 2-5 business days
- We print and quality-check each item after you order
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is being processed
SHIPPING TIME
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (within the United States)
- Total delivery time: 7-12 business days from order placement
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
- Products with custom text, names, or designs require additional processing time
- Additional processing: 2-3 business days beyond standard production time
- Total delivery time for personalized orders: 9-15 business days from order placement
- Please double-check your customization details before checkout
- Custom requests cannot be changed or cancelled once production begins
- Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless defective
💡 Tip: Allow extra time when ordering personalized items as gifts for special occasions.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
- We currently ship to the United States
- All orders ship from our production facilities in the US
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email

DELAYS
- Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:
 - Holidays and weekends
 - Weather conditions
 - Carrier delays

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Currently, we only ship within the United States
